Help elect Vivienne Clifford-Jackson to Norfolk County Council

  • Vivienne has lived in South Norfolk for 30 years and Mulbarton for 22 of those years 
  • She has been greatly involved in village life as a school governor and many church and community projects. Currently a charity trustee and volunteer. 
  • She was described by a resident as ‘one of the most hard-working people he knew’
  • Vivienne previously represented the ward on South Norfolk Council in 2003 – 2007 and became a cabinet member then Leader of the Council. She was re- elected in May 2019. She has worked in public service in the NHS and education as a nurse and Lecturer. 
  • Latterly she worked for South Norfolk Council as a Community Connector.
